Very friendly, good venue, great value, comfortable studio rooms.
I should have preferred a view higher up and of seaside but this was not offered alas.
Everything was excellent except the breakfast at the Lobby.
Nice place to stay for exploring the city.
Met not so friendly night shift front desk staff. Because I didn't know the sofa bed have to pull out to use, so I asked for a bedquilt. When I told to the front desk. He question me why I need a bedquilt. Saying that we only booked for 2 persons. I told him when I checked in, I have already told the front desk we have 2 adults and 2 children. He did tell me how to use the sofa bed, but still made me feel uncomfortable.
very helpful, friendly staff, excellent rooms, very comfortable mattress, free newspaper delivery every morning, location - within walking distance of beach, stanley park, downtown shopping and art museums, ferry to moutains.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It was a good location for us visiting our children who live in Vancouver. Good location for catching the skytrain to the airport. Lovely view of the mountains out the window. Comfy bed.
very good location, suites are comfortable and perfect for a family, staff is really nice
The location was terrific. Very convenient to host of activities the city has to offer. The parking was great, and free. That certainly was a bonus. The one bedroom apartment was perfect. We were on the 10th floor and it had quite nice views.
There was a tad bit of inconsistency in the friendliness of the front desk staff. David and a few others were just excellent. So nice and so friendly. But, there were a few others who ranged from disinterested to unfriendly, cold, or a bit grumpy. No one likes to work over the holidays though. So, that could have been the cause.
Amazing staff, room and location!!! We felt like we really lucked out with Sunset are already planning our next stay with them. Special thanks to all the wonderful staff again who were so kind and helpful!!
Clean and spacious suite, would have been able to stay for a week, there was that much space!
Well, the breakfast was a little poor. All the elements were there (fruit, cereal, breads) but the quality was low-end supermarket style.
Staff were very helpful in providing directions ,how and where to get which mode of public transport .The book in the room with all the info on restaurants was also very useful.Location was ideal for what we required.Had originally booked 4 days and added a fifth, site unseen ,and were glad we did for this trip.We could walk everywhere we wanted to get to if we chose to.
Nice, roomy suites. Great to have small kitchen in room. Also great that parking and internet were included.
The apartment was spacious, the location in the West End is very convenient, and the area is colourful, to say the least. The staff are young and enthusiastic, and most helpful. The hotel provides a continental breakfast, but each suite has full cooking facilities, if you don't want to go out. Internet connection was veryreliable and fast.
I feel always comfortable about this hotel with everything.
Wifi in the room was just a little bit weak.
Huge suites, great location close to great low cost restaurants. Wifi and parking a great feature
The kitchen has complete utensils for us to do our simple cooking and it is compact and practical. The fact that it also have kitchen towels and even liquid dish wash showed that it also looks into the finer details in providing us the complete 'apartment living' in Vancouver. The map of Vancouver given at the reception on our first day was very helpful to assist us in our vacation. The receptionist on our first day was very informative and gave us few shopping tips!In short,I have pleasant experience whilst in Vancouver.
